Join us for an intimate, candlelit evening at our Russian River estate as Executive Chef Craig Wilmer launches a bi-monthly culinary residency paired with the portfolio of winemaker, Kenneth Juhasz. Limited to just twenty-four guests per evening, each dinner offers rare, private after-hours access to the estate as long golden sunsets across the vines yields to starlight.
Chef Wilmer presents five- and seven-course seasonal menus rooted in Sonoma’s hyper-local agricultural bounty, crafted with classic French technique and an open-flame culinary edge. Every course is thoughtfully paired alongside Auteur’s single-vineyard allocations, mature library vintages from the cellar, and exclusive barrel samples.

The 7-Course Chef’s Table: An extended multi-course culinary journey, including private access to our 8-person dining room hosted alongside Chef Wilmer and Kenneth Juhasz.
