Saint Aubin (Cote D'Or)
Tucked behind Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin is emerging as one of Burgundy’s most compelling open secret — Grand Cru-adjacent terroir at a fraction of the name recognition. En Remilly is among the appellation’s most prized Premier Crus, its easterly-facing slope of chalky Jurassic limestone sitting directly above Chevalier-Montrachet. A classic, high-tension vintage for white Burgundy, located on the same limestone hill as the famed Montrachet Grand Crus, the En Remilly vineyard produced wines in 2024 defined by their lean texture, vibrating acidity, and vertical energy. The 2024 Chardonnay has vivid tension and precision, bright green apple, citrus blossom, and a flinty, saline minerality that knifes through the palate. Our 2025 is lean and electric in barrel, with a lithe elegance that rewards those who seek out the appellation before the world catches on.
